Zywave Mac Password Change (Jamf Connect) **Make note of your old (current) password and new password as you will be using both during this setup** ** You will need to know you local login password and your Zywave Password (if not synced) On your taskbar click on the Jamf Connect icon. As shown below. Select Change Password Enter in your Zywave email address and click Next This should forward you to a Zywave portal where you will need to enter in your Zywave password, as shown below. The following screen will prompt to “Stay Signed In”. Click yes but this won’t actually keep you signed in The next screen, as shown below, will have you enter in your current password and create a new one. Once you click submit you should be forwarded to a profile page and you have successfully changed  your Zywave password. Next, we will sync your Zywave password with your local MacBook password. Open up Terminal and enter in: sudo jamf recon This will make sure Jamf is up to date with your passwords Next, open Jamf Connect from the Menu bar again and select “ Connect…” and login with your Zywave email address and your newly created password. Once entered you should get a popup similar to below saying your passwords are not synced. Enter in your Local Password which is the password you use to login to your computer and click Sync. Your Zywave password and Local password should be synced. Try locking your computer and logging in with your new password.  Please reach out to it.services@zywave.com with any questions.

To change your Zywave password: In an incognito/private browser window: Visit https://outlook.office.com Enter your Zywave email address (firstname.lastname@zywave.com) Click Next You will be directed to https://adfs.zywave.com Enter your Username in the format: zywave\Username Enter you current password Click Sign in Click your User Icon initials, found in the upper right-hand corner, then select View account Click Password Follow the prompts on the screen. Zywave password requirements are: 12 character minimum Cannot contain first name, last name or any combination of the two Must have all the of the following elements: Uppercase letter Lowercase Special character Number Password must be changed every 365 days New password cannot be the same as previous 12 passwords Cannot be any known compromised password Something you will not forget Click Submit
