Mac Password Reset (Jamf)
This documentation will go over the steps on how to change your password when using a Macbook connected to JAMF. This WILL CHANGE the password for BOTH LOCAL and MICROSOFT / ZYWAVE Logins. The process is straight forward but requires us to initiate the password change ourselves through Jamf, sign in to Microsoft / Zywave systems, Change our password with Microsoft / Zywave, Sign back into Jamf with our NEW password we created, and also put in our OLD password so that Jamf can replace it through out the Mac System. Though it sounds like a lot of steps, its pretty quick when all put together.
**Take note of your old (current) password and new password as you will be using both during this setup**
- On your taskbar click on the Jamf Connect icon. As shown below. Select Change Password

- Enter in your Zywave email address and click Next (You may have to verify with Duo after signing into the Zywave Account)

- You should now be prompted to enter your new password

- We now click "Done" and you should get another popups from Jamf like below > Click OK

- We now sign into JAMF with our NEW password

- The next popup will be for your Local Password (i.e. the OLD PASSWORD). Enter the old password and click "Sync"

- After this the passwords should be changed for both your Mac login AND Zywave systems.
