To export Firefox bookmarks, click the hamburger icon in the top right corner and select Bookmarks. Then, select Manage bookmarks at the bottom. In the popup window, click Import and Backup then select Export Bookmarks to HTML… Select a location to save the bookmarks file to. I use a folder I created in I:\Shared\. To import bookmarks, follow the same steps, choosing Import Bookmarks from HTML… instead.

Many website issues can be resolved by clearing the browser cache and/or cookies. To do so in Firefox, click the hamburger icon in the top right corner and select Settings. Select the Privacy & Security tab on the left. Select Clear Data… Ensure Cookies and Site Data is checked and click Clear. If that did not resolve the issue, try an incognito/private or alternate browser. If the issue persists, restart the laptop. If that still didn’t do the trick, submit a ticket with IT.
