Browsers - Errors/Issues - Firefox
Many website issues can be resolved by clearing the browser cache and/or cookies. To do so in Firefox, click the hamburger icon in the top right corner and select Settings.
Select the Privacy & Security tab on the left. Select Clear Data…
Ensure Cookies and Site Data is checked and click Clear.
If that did not resolve the issue, try an incognito/private or alternate browser. If the issue persists, restart the laptop. If that still didn’t do the trick, submit a ticket with IT.
