Zywave Full Tunnel VPN
There are certain business processes within Zywave that require traffic to originate from the US in order to avoid restrictions like geo filtering. This is seen mainly in testing that is performed in the Philippines. Zywave’s standard VPN and DirectAccess uses Split Tunnel VPN which only routes internal traffic through the VPN while standard web traffic goes out from your point of origin. We can accomplish the rerouting of all traffic through the US by utilizing a Full Tunnel VPN through Cisco AnyConnect which is installed on all laptops. To connect to the Full Tunnel VPN: Open "Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client" on your laptop (can be found in your systray or through Start Menu). Systray icon: Start Menu Entry: In the address bar type: connect.zywave.com/PHL-FullTunnel and then click Connect. Enter your Zywave credentials. Your username should prefill in email address format, enter your password and click OK. Accept the Duo MFA prompt that is sent to your mobile device. You should now be fully routing all traffic through MKE office. To validate this, you can visit https://www.whatismyip.com/ in a web browser and see that your public traffic is coming through Milwaukee, WI US. When you are finished with your testing that requires the Full Tunnel, simply disconnect the Cisco AnyConnect client and your standard Zywave split tunnel connection will resume as normal.
