Password Change ITC Domain

Right click the Windows Start Button and select “run”

Copy and paste: Mstsc /v:KEN-ITC-TS01.itc.com into the run field

You’ll see this login screen – click “More choices” in order to enter your ITC creds – this window usually defaults to your Zywave creds

Select “Use a different account”

Enter credentials as shown below (use credentials provided or your current ITC login) and click ok

Once logged in – click into the remote desktop and press ctrl, alt end this will bring up the password change option – click on “Change Password” BE SURE TO USE CTRL, ALT, END - not del.

Proceed to change your password as normal:

When your password change is complete – please “sign out” of the server by right clicking the Windows start button and selecting “sign out”

Password Requirements:

must be at least 12 characters in length

and include at least one of each: upper case letter, lower case letter, number & special character.
