Fill out New Hire information

1. [Open] Phone numbers - Editable spreadsheet

  • [Navigate] to Tab 918 and paste new hire name to any blank extension (Stick to totally blank cells, no colored cells)
    • If 918 is full you may also use tabs 454 or 293
  • [Save]



2. [Open] NewHireHardware spreadsheet

  • [Navigate] to Tab of the current Year
    • Take note of the NewHire start date and find the date in the spreadsheet. If date does not exist, create it.



3. [Input] all information from NewHire Email into the corresponding columns

  • [Username] = lastname | If lastname is in use Username = firstinitiallastname
  • [Email] = firstname.lastname@zywave.com
  • [Department] = Check "copyuser" user in AD department
  • [Title] - NH Email
  • [Extention] - Not Used
  • [Teams Voice] - Yes unless stated otherwise
  • [Copy User] - NH Email
  • [Sales] - Check "copyuser" user in AD
  • [Phone] - Grab from Phone numbers - Editable (###.###.####) ← Format
  • [Manager] - NH Email
  • [PartnerFacing] - Is sales, support, customer success manager, YES? If not, NO
  • [City/State/Country] - NH Email
  • [Password] - Filled in AFTER user is created *** ONLY GETS SET IN SPREADSHEET FOR ACQUISITIONS ****
  • [Remote] - If not in Milwaukee / Local Area NO
  • [Street/City/St/Zip/Phone #/Personal Email] - NH Email
