Google Pixel Preferred Care Claim
Like Applecare we have a plan for Google Devices as well called Preferred Care. This functions close to the same plan through apple and is how we would submit a claim for a lost/stolen/damaged/non-functional Google Pixel phone. This process requires us to fill out a 'form' and have a new device delivered to us as we ship the old unit back. Coordinate with the user for the best way to go about this. Only Devs should have Pixel Phones.

- Phone IMEI
- Purchase Date
- Detailed Phone Issues

STEPS
- Navigate to the Google Store > Click the 'User' at the top right > Preferred Care
- Select the device you're looking to file the claim > Click 'File a Claim"
- In the new page input the IMEI
- Fill out the required Information
- A passcode will be sent to the Gmail Account of ZywaveIT@gmail.com
- You should be able to navigate to Gmail.com in another tab in that browser and it would open the mail of ZywaveIT@gmail.com
- Input the Code and Continue
- Continue to fill out the information for the claim
- Depending on how this claim will be processed will dictate how the information should be handled. Use your best judgement on how device shipping and so forth will be handled.
- If the user is local, have the device shipped to Zywave Attn: yourname
- If the user is out of state, have the device ship to them
