To export Edge bookmarks, click the Favorites icon (shooting star?) in the top right corner, and select Export favorites.

Select a location to save the bookmarks file to. I use a folder I created in I:\Shared\.

To import bookmarks, follow the same steps, choosing Import favorites instead.
