Zywave Signatures
Zywave signatures are added on the backend, after the email is sent. You will not see your signature in your sent items and when you are writing up an email. If you’d like to see your signature, email your personal email to see the signature.
Signature changes: Title changes are requested via HR. HR will submit those changes to IT who in turn will update your signature.
Signature designations: Submit a ticket to have a designation applied to your signature.
Mobile numbers in signature: Zywave’s policy allows only for company owned mobile numbers to be published in your signature.
