In Outlook, select File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles.

Choose Show Profiles

Click Add

In the Profile Name box, type the name of the profile we’re adding (Carrier Training, HCM Training, etc). Click OK
Enter the name and email address of the account. Password is not needed. Click Next
Outlook will search for and add the account.
Close and reopen Outlook. You’ll be prompted to select the desired profile. To switch back and forth, we’ll need to close and reopen Outlook.
